Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
